Short visit to Paris

Excellent location, close enough to Gare de Nord and only about 40 minutes walk down to main scenic attractions along the Seine. Wooden floors helped allay concerns about bed bugs.

Evening supervisor not very helpful or friendly.

Very Good

The room was larger and nicer than what I expected. Definitely good value for money.

Shower water pressure was weak. Noise insulation between rooms wasn't great.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Nice small room, quite comfortable bed. Good location. Quiet street.

We heard the neighbors really well, rooms are not soundproof at all. Bathroom was very small, hard to fit for a big man. No AC in the room. We stayed in September so it was ok.

The room was recently refurbished. Everything was very clean and worked well.

The street was quite noisy from very early in the morning.

Great!

Perfect location close to Gare du Nord and mere footsteps away from Sacre Couer and Montmatre. Lovely restaurants just around the corner, supermarket up the round, yet the street was quiet and the hotel quiet. It far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommends it as a clean and comfortable.

Our only criticism was that the hotel room keys need to be updated as it was hard to lock and unlock the door.

Very Good

Location is fantastic. A short walk to the Sacre Coeur, Artists' square and good restaurants. 15 mins walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est, so ideal for a Eurostar night stopover.

Room had little natural light, and fairly basic.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. The location is great, good for tourists and close to Eurostar!

Great hotel with hard-working, amicable staff. Merci.

Clean,.modern 24 hr reception Staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us. Highly recommended as a good place to stay. Lots of fab restaurants and shops close by. Close to Sacre Coeur and markets and painters. Metro Anvers close by too linking all over Paris easily.

Single beds wee bit hard, but I've fibromyalgia Double bed comfy.

The ideal hotel for our family holiday

The room was fine with a new shower and furniture and obviously recently decorated. It was a surprise to have a kettle and hairdryer provided. The location was perfect for us; close to the Gare du Nord and very close to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. I stayed on in one of 2 rooms which had been occupied by me, my son and 2 grandchildren. This was made very easy for us.

The road outside was rather noisy but not so much that we ere kept awake with the window open because of the hot weather.

Good value clean & modern hotel close to Montmartre

Great location near the foot of Montmartre & close to Abesses. Reasonable size room for Paris. Good value for Paris, given location. Recently renovated room & bathroom. Lift available. Late-ish checkout of 11.30.

No air con, so can be warm. Bit noisy from lift.

Paris is definitley busy now, most the the hotel getting higher price. Luxia is relatively cheap

The staff most of the time are nice and helpful. They help with the luggage storage if you arrived early (which was they quite sure we have to wait untill 3pm to get our room. When we in & out, they always say hi. Location actually good for us, transport near, grocery, even restaurant!

Sound proof of the room actually really bad, we can hear the others talking or bathing. And one night we came a bit late, which we try to wrap up and rest asap (which might coz for some noise) , the neighbour knock the door hardly which scared us a lot! (as the door don't have the peephole, or even the chain for lock which a bit insecure) They also didn't provide any toiletries like shower gel and hair wash, don't feel surprised. And one last thing to mention which is the nearby route are very smelly all the time, it is better to turn right in the day time when go out from the hotel.

Clean hotel in great location

Clean hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff and excellent size of room for Paris. Room recently renovated and was comfortable with good shower. Hotel was able to store bags for us at both check-in and check-out. Great location with a supermarket on the corner and Sacre Coeur at the top of the street. Anvers and Barbes metro stops are easily walkable. Expensive for what it was but good value for a weekend stay in Paris compared to what else was available.

General areas are very tired and dated and there is only one main hotel toilet and it is very small. Wouldn't put us off using this again.
